This could be the biggest step in the right direction the Estate has ever done, imagine being able to get rid of all your pointless greatest hits collections, singles, or rehashes of the albums, for everything in one package. Take out the 3 albums, do some mastering work on the stuff that sounds like garbage, make some fantastic packaging, booklet (pictures of all the singles), and make it physical, some fans will throw money at your feet, myself included. Why isn't this a physical release? The Estate is making a product that will specifically appeal to collector's yet won't make a limited run on their website? My main gripes are, why do Jacksons Live, Immortal, and "Michael" (Cascio Tracks?), have to be included in the set? Those are albums, not rarities, it makes no sense. The Smile and Is It Scary Single Tracks? Now that is insane.Īll those remixes and instrumentals that would cost tons of money now in one collection?Īnyone know how the sound quality on this is, I'm hoping it uses the nicer KOP versions for the songs or possibly new mastering for the stuff that was ruined by Invincible, Bad 25, SEs, Thriller 25, or TUC. Wow this is something really cool, something that the Estate should have actually made a real product, all those songs from Michael Jackson that you have to get by purchasing singles or different editions of albums now in one pack? If it only wasn't digital I'd say count me in.
